Payments: - I accept secure online payments via Paypal only.
- Payment via Paypal may be completed using an existing Paypal account, or by using your credit card.
- Your artwork will be shipped upon clearance of payment.
- I also accept cash, check and credit card payments if purchased in person at an art show, or if you live in the Vancouver BC area.
Shipping:- All shipping prices are calculated on weight and size of the artwork and include all packaging and handling charges. Shipping is NOT included in any of the listed artwork prices and will be billed separately based on your location and your delivery preference.
- I ship via Canada Post, USPS, FEDEX and UPS and always try to secure the most cost efficient shipping rates for your purchase.
- Insurance may be added and will be billed separately with the S/H charges.
- Local pick-up in the Vancouver area is free of charge.
- Delivery is available within the Vancouver/Richmond BC area, other parts of Greater Vancouver are subject to a delivery fee.
Prices: - Prices are subject to change without notice. Any price increase will not affect orders that have been confirmed.
Refunds and Exchanges: - I, Christina Lazar-Schuler, will not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit if shipped without insurance or delivery confirmation.
- Exchanges on artwork are not accepted for any reason whatsoever, unless the artwork arrives damaged and cannot be repaired.
- Damages must be reported within 7 days.
